Each player receives 13 cards at the beginning of the round. One card is dealt face up to start the discard pilteen patti new appe, & the remaining cards make up the draw pile. Players alternately remove one card from their hand and draw from either pile. Until someone forms and places all of their cards down in sets and runs, the round keeps going.
