A card game called Teen Patti, or Indian Poker, has its origins in the Indian subcontinent. It is thought that the British game Three Card Brag, which all teen pattiwas first played during colonial times, is where it originated. Played frequently during festivals, family get-togethers, and social occasions, Teen Patti has become an essential component of Indian culture. There can be three to ten players in this game, which is played with a standard 52-card deck.
