To start the discard pile, the top card in this pile is turned face-up. Each player draws a card from either pile in turn, then discards one card from their higaming slotsand. When a player successfully creates sets and runs out of cards, or when there are no more moves left in the draw pile, the game is over. In order to succeed at rummy, skill & luck must be balanced.
