Players must form at least one set (three or four cards of the same rank but different suits) and one valid sequence (three or more consecutwinning slots 777ive cards of the same suit) in order to win at rummy. For example, a set might consist of three kings from various suits, whereas a sequence might consist of 4-5-6 of hearts. The game goes on until the draw pile runs out or until one player successfully melds all of their cards.
