Understanding Melds. Players need to become familiar with the various meld types in order to master the game: sequences, which are threrummy modrene or more consecutive cards of the same suit, and sets, which are made up of three or four cards of the same rank but different suits. While knowing the fundamentals is important, getting the hang of the gameplay's subtleties is what really makes the experience great.
