We allow our bodies and minds to relax and rejuvenate when we immerse ourselves in natural environments, which promotes increased resiliensatta knigce and vitality. Developing a sense of stewardship and responsibility for the environment can also be facilitated by spending time in nature. We are more inclined to take actions that save the natural world for future generations when we grow to love & appreciate it deeply.
